I lasted just fine in the Army. Had it been needed, I was equipped to BE the nasty Sgt. It just so happened that, as I had all the leadership qualities and social skills required, that method was never needed.
Only those with low self-esteem generally need to resort to such dramatic tactics.
Can't say it is that surprising though, in most of your contributions you come across as a social misfit. So the fact that you get off on bellowing at juniors would be par for the course.
