Yeah, it was the only bit of the whole process I was even slightly apprehensive about really - just not knowing what to expect really. It was all rather peaceful and relaxing though.

I must admit the singing in the ears & post-op nausea I could quite happily have done without... though they must have changed something coz it wasn't nearly as bad as previous G.A.s I've experienced.
