Yeap, I have done the Project Plan for the next 6 months which has scared my Numptie to death. He just walked out at the end of the meeting without saying anything and went to lunch. Doesn't help with H&S Mgr saying it looked like they will outsource all of the Companies IT to their Indian Parent company witin a couple of years. I can not see him stopping there to be honest. He really is not the sharpest tool in the box.

Agency did have a hard job getting the 2 months signed off when I said the initial start up would take 3 months which the others managers agreed.
