Well, slight c0ck-up on the contract front. I was unable to upgrade my insurance in the week before the 1st (Randell D is not as big as I'd imagined... ) and I didn't have access to my company headed note paper while on holiday. So I'm sitting in Costas at the Chievely M4 Services waiting for them to pull their finger out and sort out my insurance before I can turn up at ClientCo.

Not a terribly professional start to the contract...

I've got all of it - I just had to upgrade PI.

Forgot to mention that I got a reply from Delta about my "bumping us off the flight" complaint.

I didn't know it was actually possible to write 2 pages of nothing in justified 11 point Verdana. It is.
