When I went out shopping earlier, there were no longer any coppers in the hall, so I'd assumed they'd gone.
Returning, I found that they were now poking around in Flat 2 out the back - I don't know if they're moving in permanently

Incidentally, there was a bit of a fight down my local last night
The place doesn't normally see any trouble from one Preston Guild to the next - it made a bit of a change, I suppose
