One of our esteemed students has taken it into its head to do a *chinese copy of this sonar thingie to include in its final year project.


*chinese copy: something replicated down to the last error in construction.

I've got a USB radio mouse mad in China.

It came with free rechargeable batteries. They leaked on first use and corroded bits of the inside of the mouse.

The "signal" LED is labelled "Singal" - it took me a while to work that one out!

It had little stick-on plastic slidey bits to allow it to move about - they lasted about 25 minutes.



Sometimes I fear the Red Army. And sometimes I don't.

despite the frenzied and somewhat insane driveling spree's that some (including myself) have engaged in, tpd has become a sort of friendly social club.
A club where, unlike the rest of the Board, judgment is not made and each is accorded respect and assistance. Which is only right.
