As spilling soup on a work laptop could be considered careless.

OK, laptop on lap, cob and soup on chair arm. Let's see how this goes.

I had crunchy nut cornflakes and a coffee about an hour ago. HWMBO had far healthier yoghurt and fruit.

Need an extra arm. Hard to hold bowl, drink and type.

Unless I drink straight from the bowl, which is a but infra-dig.

                  Late breakfast or early lunch?

Experiment seems a failure at this time due to suboptimal design of the human body.

Turns out I have been booked in for a follow up appointment following the scan. Then, when I read the emailed letter, I find out that the appointment may be cancelled once the consultant has read the scan results. So you get all worried thinking your GP and the scan technician have got it all wrong and then you realise the appointment is a placeholder, "just in case". I get it but I'm sure there's better ways of handling it.
