Doctors and nurses are told to bring up people's weight in general at appointments as part of their responsibilities but people have told me they have had everything from side effects to drugs to mental health problems to hormone issues to random other illnesses where the GP has told them to lose weight. This ignores the fact that some drug side effects, mental health problems, hormone problems and other illnesses have can have weight gain as a sign.

As it was a fasting test, I felt obliged to have a nice breakfast on my return. Scrambled eggs on a toasted muffin with a coffee has gone down nicely.

Chilly out but it's bright and the earlier haze has lifted.
I would give you a but I can't get my arms around you!

Oh hang on. I am supposed to be sympathetic.....

Mrs Eek's stock answer to that one is the food diary we did ages ago which showed that she ate less than me, did more exercise and I lost 2 pound and she put weight on.

The simple fact is that some bodies are colder than others so don't burn as many calories doing sod all.

I redid mine recently. It's just a grey on grey really boring one page site now. I keep thinking I should add a blog but I can't think of anything worth drivelling about.
