Just remembered that ClientCorp's H&S gubbins, provided when I complained about their chair destroying my back, stated that one should get up every fifty minutes and spend ten minutes on one's hind legs, preferably moving around.
By my calculations, that makes an hour-and-a-quarter a day that I can just wander around aimlessly, still invoicing
