Resurrected our old Beetle today which had been untouched in a garage for 18 Months. Chucked in some new petrol and oil, disconnected the distributor and got the oil pressure up and some fuel through on a portable jump kit but it died before the proper attempt.
Pushed it out, and jumped it off my car with no drama at all. Super chuffed - took it for a ride out and I reckon it's near enough MOT worthy. Very chuffed as this year is Resto Pt 2.Comment
