I use a sleep cycle alarm on my phone. You set the phone on your bed beside your pillow and it detects noises and movement to work out when you're in deep sleep or light sleep. Then it wakes you at what it thinks is the best time with a quiet alarm that gets increasingly louder. I find I'm a lot less tired when I wake up than if I get woken suddenly by a blaring alarm.Originally posted by zeitghost View PostMust have been knackered.

Was interested in trying the sleep app, but it might not be very accurate as NorPussII oven trumps around the bed at night.Comment

Morning all
Had a productive weekend here: finally got curtains hung in the front room (only three rooms to go now!) having replaced the cheap crappy rail that was there before. Also managed to finally find a lamp shade for the dining room.
Little things, but they take my mind off decorating the nursery, which will need doing before little CB arrives in October...Comment
