MS - have you recovered from your run yet?
NF - Re F&M - I had a curry in the west end and at F&M I just could not hold it. Sorry.

Nice and quiet here. For once. I have just spoken to babyBP - he is great.

Ta for asking. Got some sleep. Still sore, but seems to ease off a bit once I'm moving, will try and keep active today - still haven't worked out what it is that's actually hurting!

You coming to the pub tonight? Alcohol not mandatory.

It will start getting quiet around here in the next few weeks, as everyone goes off on their holliers. August is dead over here.

Nice and quiet here. ms#2, 4 and 5 at FIL's, so, for once, the telly isn't on. ms#3's gone off to work, so all peaceful. WFH today to appreciate it fully.

                    Completely & utterly knackered.

And not in a good way.
