Apologies - please send my regards to everyone. Shift finishes at 3pm - then I will try to do some exercise. I have not been feeling sociable or up to exercising this week. I am trying to work out why. Possible reasons :-Originally posted by mudskipper View PostTa for asking. Got some sleep. Still sore, but seems to ease off a bit once I'm moving, will try and keep active today - still haven't worked out what it is that's actually hurting!
You coming to the pub tonight? Alcohol not mandatory.
1. Days getting shorter
2. Diet change (cheers Dallas!)
3. SuityItus
4. Old age.Comment
