Morning. Grey and gloomy in the Cotswolds. Traffic to clientco bloody awful. To quote the great Z, deep and abiding joy to be back.

New car parking rules at clientco (clientco has lost access to half the car park) - won't effect me as I'm an early starter but roll on the entertainment....merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Morning!
Nasty drive in the rain but at least the motorway wasn't too busy. Very tired today. Need more sleep. Was a busy weekend and feel like I need a break. 6 days left of contract! If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment

Morning all. Wonderful weather to start the week, and my engine warning light came on as I got close to Clientco. Hoping it's not something expensive!Comment

I did ribs on the egg, which took most of Sunday to cook, well worth it.Comment

I may have overdosed on meat at the weekend, roast leg of lamb on Saturday, several racks of ribs on Sunday, not to mention the pastrami bagels ( with fresh horseradish grated into cream cheese) for breakfast and then lamb cutlets yesterday.Comment

I bet that tasted excellent!Originally posted by norrahe View PostCooked anything interesting at the weekend?

We cooked 10 dishes of tapas for some of our families: meatballs in spicy tomato, garlic chilli prawns, monkfish in pancetta over Savoy cabbage, ham and cheese croquettes, pureed cauliflower on black pudding, patatas bravas, halloumi with olive tapanade and tzatziki, Melanzane alla Parmigiana, chickpeas and spinach, and something else which I cannot remember! Mango and coconut ice cream in filo baskets and crema catalan.
Was very nice but hard work. Am knackered today. If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment
