My throat feels like sandpaper every time I swallow, so I stopped doing it but then my mouth dried up. Can't win.
I'm going to try pouring honey down my throat, see if that helps. And while my mouth is like the Sahara my nose is like the Niagara Falls.

Then of course I look more closely and realise there are all kinds of complexities involved
