I used to get that at a previous place, apparently the previous occupants name was "P. Panther'' , my place in the UK the previous owner defaulted on credit card bills and loans and we had bailiffs turn up thankfully while we were out.Originally posted by eek View PostFTFY. They left a calling card and I rang and gave them an earful, not to mention all the registered letters I had to send to banks and credit card companies.Comment

Speaking of property, it seems I am now joint owner of yet another property in Ireland.
Got a letter from my late Aunt's solicitors to say she'd left her house to my brothers and I.
That's going to be a barrel of fun trying to sell the place.
