Disdain is the default position when I serve something different.

But it got eaten. Once we found the meaty bit which was hiding underneath the bony bit.

          Sure it wasn't crispy tortoise?

I think it might have been upside-down duck. It said to cook breast up, but was kind of cuboid, so may have misjudged.

                    My life gets ever better.

This evening, on the way to visit ZeitPater, ZeitMater trips over a curb and falls flat on her face.

Cut knee & cut elbow appears to be the damage, but she went down like a sack of spuds.

Fixed up by the Minor Injuries Unit (the remains of A&E at Neath Port Talbot).

Eventually got to see ZeitPater at 20:15.

He was in a state by then.

For a horrifying moment I thought I was about to have both of them in hospital at the same time.

Is Zeitpater getting home anytime soon?
