Day 2 at new clientco, laptop sorted but not phone, but then they didn't think I would be able to start for another month.

          Morning

The dreaded 4 degrees C, but not too damp. Daimler started with a burp and a fart, then ran OK but a little rough. Heater didn't heat immediately, OK after a few minutes.

This evening, on the way to visit ZeitPater, ZeitMater trips over a curb and falls flat on her face.

Cut knee & cut elbow appears to be the damage, but she went down like a sack of spuds.

Fixed up by the Minor Injuries Unit (the remains of A&E at Neath Port Talbot).

Eventually got to see ZeitPater at 20:15.

He was in a state by then.

For a horrifying moment I thought I was about to have both of them in hospital at the same time.

I am off to Wylfa power station today. And I am taking someone who was involved in the design of the place!

Occupational Therapist phoned up yesterday about installing stairlift.

A nice man is coming along to see if it's possible.
                      Are stairlifts expensive?
