doing the scallops with pancetta and served on a base of crushed peas with thyme

Busy day in the kitchen yesterday, managed to get some green asparagus, so made hollandaise to go with that for brunch. Made oxtail stew, minced some meat, dinner was fillet of veal with a porcini sauce with garlic and thyme sauteed potatoes and new season carrots. Also made tiramisu.
