I looked at the autism friendly screening times for this Sunday at llandudno junction. Its always on the first Sunday of the month.

Last night I had another flow swimming lesson at Lingfield - my second this week.

I left early took my time. With 6 miles to go road totally blocked due to resurfacing on A22.

So the 25 mins was not enough. Took 30 minutes to get round it.

But a very good lesson. I am becoming quite balanced which makes swimming alot easier. I am still dumping air way too quickly. And I need to throw my lungs forward more. And keep arms tucked in. Then I can work on the next 15 things that need fixing......

I have not watched the DVD of my swim yet : but its on the laptop. Which I am taking to Wales this weekend.
