10 chillies
2 medium sized red peppers
juice 2 lemons
250 ml cider vinegar
100g jam sugar

Pulse the chillies and the peppers in a blender, till finely chopped(ish, )don't over blend

Tbh honest I don't really measure anything, couldn't find jam sugar so used caster and then stuck some gelatine in it.

Sometimes it will set, sometimes not and I don't have to use the gelatine.

Haven't found any jam sugar here yet.

It is very nice, goes well with goats cheese, strong cheddar and cream cheese.

I always make a batch of fig and plum chutney, red onion jam and the chilli jam every year.
