    Morning.

    Saturday apparently.

    Dry.

    Sunny.

    Blue sky.

19.9 deg in here, 20.8 in the kitchen, 18 in the leanto, 12 out the back.

1016 mBar, 30 in Hg, 762.1 Torr, 14.74 psi, (up from 1012 last night), 66% RH (Lidl electric).

Meanwhile on the 3rd of April 2020, between 17:32 and 20:40, AndyGarbs, Brillo, LM, MrMarkyMark, NF, scruff and I popped in.

Walk (abbreviated, 3 miles) walked in the sunshine. The hill up from the lock reminded me I hadn't done it for a couple of days.

Entertainment: Dan Do. Cartrefi Cymru: contemporary houses. EOS for both.

    Lunch: brunch.

    Entertainment: Dashcam bollox: S1 E1, E2.

Tea: soup (of the tomato variety today for some reason: doesn't happen often) along with that very solid Morrisons wholemeal thick sliced that requires help to go down my gullet. Nice enough. At least it helps keep you regular, as it were. .

    Book.

    Maigret S1 E

More Blazian bollox: World War Weird

Secret Wars: Greneda or how Ronnie pissed off the Milk Snatching Great She Elephant by invading same, it being a Commonwealth Country & all. Funny how the septics weren't keen on giving a hand during the Falklands innit. Where was NATO Section 5 then? And the Frogs selling the mother****ers missiles. Have we forgotten that too?

      Morning all
Trip to the tip later, our gardener filled 4 dumpy bags with prunings yesterday. Will make my first trip this morning and see what the queue is like. Second trip might be straight after, or saved for tomorrow.

Yeh. I've got a big pile of old broken fencing on my lawn to take to the tip, when I get round to it. Wot fun. Not.

          morning

CBS and a wee bit blawy this morning.
Dell tech support wanted me to dismantle my PC to take pictures of both ends of the duff cable, send them the pics, give the type and serial no of the drive i wanted to fit, and some other nonsense, all before they'd send me a new cable. - or, they'd book me a pickup, where i'd have to box up the PC and let them have it for an indeterminate time.
          blah blah boxticking blah..............................

          It's a SATA data cable.
they cost £3.99 for 3 on amazon.
I told DELL to stuff their so called 'support'.
My next machine purchase will NOT be a DELL offering.

            Morning all

Sunny with lumps of fluff. Dry. Currently 18 degrees with a high of 22 expected. Barometer up to 1024 mBar.

            Sunrise 06:20; Sunset 19:39 BST

Haven't been able to access these hallowed fora since sometime.yesterday, getting a 403 error. I ended up having to try with Chrome instead of Firefox. I very much dislike Chrome.

Down to Mum's today to stay with her for a week while my brother takes advantage of a nearly free holiday in Spain.

I don't know whats up with the forum, unless the squeaking buttocks of the tax dodgers threads are upsetting it somehow.
              not much traffic anywhere else.

                  Afternoon denizens

Many large clumps of cumuli about making it mostly cloudy, but with a good number of gaps to let occasional sunshine through; and no rain. It’s reached today’s high of 19°C, and the barometers are resurgent at 1012/1019mB

                      Tedious drive down to Sussex-by-the-Sea.

My brother has gone off on his holiday.

The printer has been set up on the PC. Of course the "HP App" that HP say has to be installed via the Microsoft Store is a load of crap and I had to hunt down the old fashioned software so enable the scanner functionality.

It's all a bit slow but useable.
