    Morning all

Overcast and the wetter side of damp. Currently 9 degrees with a high of 11 expected. Drizzle forecast for most of the day, with a chance the clouds may clear early evening. Barometer up to 994 mBar.

    Sunrise 07:30; Sunset 17:02 GMT

Will be heading down to Mum's in the next hour or so. My aunt and uncle have decided to visit and we are all going out for dinner. A late drive home but I can lie in tomorrow.

      Afternoon denizens

Patchy cloud here, so there are occasional sunny spells and it doesn’t look as gloomy, though there’s also some light rain expected from time to time into the evening. It’s supposed to be a bit breezy as well, making the present high of 10°C “feel like” 4°, but the trees aren’t showing much evidence of it right now. The barometers are shuffling back up at 981/989mB

There was a reasonable amount of wildlife stuff on today, though surely it’s about time we got some new Monkey Life?

Later, I continued reading The Jane Austen Project in which the intrepid time travellers are making good progress at inveigling themselves into the Austen family’s good books

The weather app informed me that there might be some light rain lasting twenty minutes or so. That was forty or more minutes ago as I listened to a torrential downpour beating against the windows, and it hasn’t stopped yet

              Goodnight all

                  Morning.

                  Sunday.

                  Damp.

Grey with hints there might be a bit of blue.

                  Sunless.

Chilly in here at 13.6 deg, 12.5 in the kitchen, 10.5 in the leanto.

997.5 mBar, 29.456 in Hg, 748.2 Torr, 14.467 psi, (up from 993 last night), 66% RH (Lidl electric).

Meanwhile on the 15th of March 2020 Brillo popped in a lot, LM popped in, NF figured out why it seemed unusually dark across the road (carpet shop lights timer), and I watched T3 and Homeland.

Walk (unabbreviated, towpath) walked in drizzle followed by sunshine. Had a chat, which was my interaction for the day.

Lunch: brunch. Entertainment: Just a minute. Archive Hour: "Taxi Driver" which included the Orange Mother****er back when he could string 3 words together and before he went bankrupt several times. TWATO.

It’s quite cloudy out but there are hazy blue patches and some brighter sunlight getting through occasionally, so not as gloomy as many recent days. The 7°C “feels like” 3°, though it doesn’t seem that breezy; the high will be 9° from lunchtime through the afternoon, though there’s also a chance of rain (45-55%) during that period. The barometers continue upwards at 991/999mB

                      Morning all

It was bright and quite sunny when I got up but it's now clouded over. Currently 9 degrees with a high of 11 expected. Rain forecast off and on all day. Barometer up to 1005 mBar.

The drive down to Sussex took over 3.5 hours . There was a huge crash on the M25 and I sat 3/4 of a mile away from the A3 turn off for the better part of an hour. We were then all diverted down the A3, which isn't my normal route (I prefer the A24). I wasn't late for the family dinner. Dinner was actually quite good fun and then I drove home afterwards, getting back at 00:15 this morning. The drive home was far less eventful.
