I see references to Her Majesty vs His Majesty are a bit hit and miss on various gov.uk sites.
I'm guessing it's not easy to do a find/replace across all the sites.
I don't think ours have any such references - they're just for boring information (though useful for those who need it). And because they're of that ilk, we didn't have to stick any mourning banners or such on them

Yesterday and today, my secure government phone pinged around this time with a text message telling me that despite the police cordon around Whitehall, the office will be open tomorrow. Why do they need a cordon around Whitehall anyway? Are they expecting a mob with pitchforks because the Queen died? Or because of who the new Prime Minister is?

That post took me back to the "halcyon" days of Xmas, 25th December 2018.
In Swansea, in an Air B&B, sister not well, them next door as inept as usual. Ho hum. And I was driving so I couldn't drink. Much.
Though it turned out better than I'd expected.
For those innerested in such things, There's A New Ep of Wheeler Dealers on this evening at 21:00 on Quest, 22:00 (for the reception constrained) on Quest+1. . Well that was a load of bollox, it's not on the EPG. Must be the drugs.
Turns out, of course, never having actually watched the trail, that it's on Discovery Plus.
