Afternoon all.
Lunch has been warm chicory and sausage salad.
Bit of a scare first thing this morning. Rescued hog from yesterday was cold and unresponsive this morning and we feared the worst, but eventually we got a very small movement and sign of breath so brought her inside and onto a hot water bottle to warm up and she's now doing much better. She's so malnourished that she can't keep herself warm properly despite plenty of food and water yesterday. Still sleeping as expected but now responding when checked on, moving about and curling / uncurling. Hopefully over the worst now and a few more days TLC will put her right."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment

Lunch was the last of the broccoli and blue cheese soup with a slice of toast. Except, I got bored of the soup and just ate the toast.Comment
