Tonight's major motion picture was a rewatch of Star Trek Into Darkness (2013), which is pretty good in its way - a sort of cross between the rather simplistic notions of TOS and the rather more rigorous ones of TNG, though with a distinct slant towards the former, it being part of the ongoing reboot thereof

And to follow, The Sopranos S3E9, The Telltale Moozadell (TV Episode 2001). Mainly just humdrum gangster stuff in this one, though it lays the groundwork for some important storylines to come

It's a bit chillier this far north. Clear blue sky, 11 degrees, forecast high of 17.

HWMBO told his kids about Mars being a bit close at the moment. They're away for half term and have access to a decent telescope so they sent us a photo. A bit blurry but pretty cool picture.
