      Dark now.

      Raining.

Tea: poached tomato and scrambled egg on Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin seed toast (crust), bramble jelly sandwich, 1.05 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Entertainment: No Doctor Who, No Endeavour, No Oak Island nutjobs,

Just Homeland and "All the President's Men" which I finally located in one of the piles of accumulated dvds.

I'd completely forgotten about the latest Terminator film until I saw the dvds in Morrisons.

I think I'll wait until it's 50p, mostly because I haven't watched the previous one yet.

The lurgy is creeping up on me again

This, possibly assisted by the crisps and biscuits I ate earlier in addition to the soup, has left me without much of an appetite this evening. So there’ll probably be no tea to report, other than maybe a bit of a snack later

I have some lamb shanks I was going to do in a red wine and redcurrant sauce, but they’ve now been consigned to the freezer for consumption at a later date.

I have thoroughly enjoyed watching episode 1 of

BBC Four - Guitar, Drum and Bass, Series 1, On Drums... Stewart Copeland!

How the drum kit came to be, some of the seminal drummers over the years, the rise of the electronic drum kit.

Apparently it's 42 years since the advent of H2G2 and the Beeb are celebrating as is their wont.
