Ground is damp. Feels colder than it did this morning. Clear sky with fluffy clouds. Nice looking sunset but my photo of the airfield was crap so not sharing it

      Not sunny any more.

      Grey.

Lunch: baked beans on Morrisons multiseed toast (crust), 1.05 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Tea: M&S breaded haddock (not cooked to death version), orange segments & custard (because I felt like it), 1.05 pints of good Glengettie tea.

I think the evening's entertainment is to be "A Perfect World" with that Keven Costner chap.
      When the fun stops, STOP.

It looks like my siblings, cousins, and I will be launching a collaborative effort to all get Irish “foreign birth” citizenship, and thus Irish passports and continuing membership in the EU

The benefit of having an Irish grandmother

                My grandfather was Irish.

Liverpool Irish. Which means he got pretty upset with the Irish during WW2.....

My grandfather joined the British army in WW2 so I suspect he wasn't particularly popular back home

My grandmother married into Liverpool Irish. I think she mainly got upset with the Germans during the war, as they kept bombing the docks while my grandfather was working on them (not to mention having left some of their shrapnel in him during the previous war)
