Had a letter on Saturday from the NHS telling me that I have an appointment in March with a jaw specialist who reviewed the scan they did. Won't tell me why.

That is ridiculous! I assume that if it is 3+ months away, it can't be anything serious?

Walk walked.

It was a bit damp.

Lunch was poached tomato and scrambled egg on Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin seed toast.

Nice enough, followed by 1.05 pints of Good Glengettie Tea.

I don't have any more eggs so it's just as well that one was ok.

Damp out, with that annoying fine drizzle. A bit windy. Not particularly cold though.

Went to T5 for a meeting, was going to have a quick look about the shops but presence of all those passengers was annoying so I picked up lunch from Pret (10% airport workers discount!) and headed back to the office. Lunch was a bang bang chicken wrap and chipotle crisps.

The soup turned out to be the zingy chicken & lentil, which means I’ve eaten all of it within two weeks of making it

Definitely going to make some more with the next chicken
