Teleconf time. I'd thought this would be a waste of time (listening to another team be introduced to the project) but it turns out that I'm finding out about moved goalposts - quite by accident it seems as no-one has bothered to communicate the scope changes.

I do have Wimbledon on the telly though so it's not a dead loss.

Actually, it would seem that our counterparts in the US and the client haven't managed to agree scope, process or timelines yet.

Apart from that it's all plain sailing.
