How's he going to cope with the 5.25" ones?

    Well stone me:

I have seriously thought about getting a USB 5.25" floppy drive just to deal with the ones I have left once and for all

It's quite bleak here even though it's not cold; still grey and breezy, with occasional showers.

Doing loads of searches today to check SEO and got stopped by Google due to suspicious activity. Had to locate store fronts to conform I wasn't a robot.

The one above requires a separate 5.25" drive since it's only an interface.

I note with interest that it copes with curiosities such as GCR.

As I walked out of the building on the way home, the heavens opened.

Though I was going to get soaked but it stopped & the sun came out.

Caught the T6 home which is much faster than any of the competition.

Tea/dinner this evening was, most unusually, M&S breaded haddock.

It was nice, not cooked to death, which was a plus.

This evening's entertainment appears likely to be "Stagecoach", assuming I can locate it in a pile.

And so it came to pass:

            Stagecoach (1939) - IMDb

"Stagecoach(1939)" with Duke Wayne and Claire Trevor.

Aside from the fairly dire transfer, it was enjoyable, though winding the volume up & down to maximise the audibility of the dialogue got a bit tedious.

            Stone me:

            Hard to Like

I'm not one for old westerns but I tried very hard to consider this one,

            However I'm still not impressed.

I got lost in the storyline, the acting wasn't that impressive to me, and the unrealistic look of most of the scenes the made me lose interest in the movie.

I'm still not entirely sure what the point of it was,

The main mention of the movie was about some guy named jeronemo? but i thought that was a place?

So many different things were going on that it made it hard to keep track of everyones problem.

Out of no where a baby showed up in the end with no prior back story saying its mother was pregnant, people were constantly shooting, and for what?

Honestly this whole movies just had me confused.
Gosh. Never heard of Geronimo one of the greatest guerrilla fighters of all time.

And if you can't understand a story as simple as "Stagecoach" you probably need to be taught to put your trousers on one leg at a time.

But there you are, I'm a racialist, what do I know.

I was looking at their website a while back and they had some including drives, but I believe they only do them occasionally depending on whether they've managed to find any drives.

Took some mince out of the freezer yesterday, which is now defrosted. So it looks like I'm making something out of mince for dinner, whether I want to or not
