Somehow the T55 had got in front, then we passed it.

Tea, aka dinner, was M&S battered haddock (last portion thereof unless I buy some more which is rather unlikely).

Followed by nothing.

All this custard is making me porky, so it's being cut out for a while.

This evening's entertainment was The Portentous One doing his thing about the industrial revolution in Wales.

And, since I've been awake since 04:25, I have a feeling it's TFBSZ.

Tonight's rewatch was the absolutely excellent Aliens (1986), as brilliant today as it was when I saw it in the cinema back then

In fact, I watched the "1990 Special Edition" this time (though IMDb informs me that it was actually released in 1991 on LaserDisc). This is around seventeen minutes longer than the original; nothing amazing, just extra scraps of colour and odd bits of dialogue along the way.

But always worth a watch, whichever version you may have to hand
