    Some few raspberries picked.

    Some red gooseberries picked.

    Some golden gooseberries picked.

All gooseberries topped & tailed & cooked with the raspberries.

I shall consume same tomorrow, with some nice Bird's' (tm) custard*.

*As invented in Swansea by said Mr Bird.

we have red gooseberries. They are truly delicious, nothing like the traditional sour gooseberries.

Tonight's entertainment was the final three episodes of Fargo S1; and very good it was.

Not much of a spoiler: when, in either the penultimate or last episode (IMDb is also uncertain about which one it is), the guy was asking Lester (Martin Freeman) that riddle about the man crossing the river with a fox, a rabbit, and a cabbage, I couldn't help but be reminded of the time when, as Tim in The Office, he was trying to deal with the same riddle in that teamwork training session but the discussion was derailed by Gareth saying dismissively "What's a farmer doing with a fox? Farmer's worst enemy, that is"

        Goodnight all

Picked a shedload of raspberries last night and even found some black currants that the birds hadn't got.

                      Morning denizens

It's doing that hot-&-sunny thing again

I've had quite enough of it by now, yet it's expected to continue virtually unaltered for at least another week
