This evening's epic was "North by Northwest"
(1959), Cary Grant, Eva Marie Saint,
    Alfred Hitchcock.

North by Northwest (1959) - IMDb

    'Twas very good.

Followed by S1E17 of "Person of Interest".

Which saw the return of our favourite assorted baddies.

I've finally extracted the grant of representations for ZeitPater & ZeitMater so that ZeitSis can sort out some remaining stuff with pensions, shares, and the like.

Tonight's epic adventure was Star Trek (2009) - IMDb, being the first film of the cinematic "reboot" (that word again) of the popular 1960s television programme, and including the obligatory Orion slave girl - although in this reality, she was a Starfleet cadet, not a dancer. It was quite good fun, though I would have been OK with a little less of the slapstick comedy

      Goodnight all

One would recommend that Sir doesn't bother with the following two on the grounds that the crap got thicker & thicker until it was positively overwhelming.

Much like the Terminator saga really.

In Sidcup this morning a cyclist went flying past me. 3 miles later she went past me again - looks like she took a different route.

For SE - I recognized her from her arse.

For everyone else - she had a distinctive outfit on.

                Morning denizens

Grey day out, though apparently it'll remain rain-free

I've already seen one of the other ones; Into Darkness, as I recall. Can't really remember how crap it was, though
