    I think bob might have been doing some finding and replacing which had spaces before and after the replacement word. I seem to have spotted a pattern. When he's sorted it, i'll have to make a start on the copious notes regarding 'how a cheque works' and 'what is a direct debit' which have taken the place of the payments spec I was expecting to receive.
