I am having the lower half of the house brick clad over in a nice two tone buff brick with blue foundry brick detail line to match the porch.
This will give me another 50 mm insulated cavity wall to the outer ground floor elevation with a decorative two tile pitched roof over.
thus making the house warmer and more decorative (with style) and increasing the value well beyond the cost of the works.
