    I had similar with a large London-based public sector organisation - ignore my design which caters for the probability that you'll need to switch part of it off, particularly during cut-over. Then ask for something that switches it off during cut-over. Then moan that the hack around is a nasty hack around.

    The worst bit was when they offered me an extension to support it.
