That's the 2nd time in 10 years that's happened.

On the previous occasion, the Esteemed Customer (on a course that no longer runs though you'd think it would coz of all the electronics in cars these days) met me in the carpark as I walked in the front door.

Conversation with Client Co. manager about contract shenanigans between client co and agency (Client Co has changed their procurement framework meaning they are renegotiating supply contracts).
