    That chap on the video that vetran pointed me to (Robert Dudley?) said that you can use CRT tellys.

      It's not that fact that it's a CRT that's the problem, it's that it probably doesn't have an HDMI input. The HDMI carries the sound as well as the video, so you might need something that splits them into separate video and audio connections for your TV.

On the B+ its supposedly on the 3.5mm jack (I know no more than that from a quick google search)...

            I've got a a 3.5mm stereo to White/Red RCA splitter for my iPad already. I'll look for the other cable now.
