I think it must have been the thread wot I read earlier about final pictures of people.

      Just before they died.

There's a stunning picture of some Thai chap who's just jumped off a building.

Roughly 2 inches before he hits the ground & explodes.
I stayed away from that link.

        No.
        Ted.

I shudder to think what mechanically reclaimed ingredients go into their stuff.

Mrs B has the flu* I went to look for some more cold and flu tablets for her, shook the box to see if there was anything inside and he appeared at my feet as if by magic. He then followed me to the sofa, watch me give them to MrsB and then proceeded to sulk when MrsB wouldn't share her sweeties with him.

*or at least bit of a headache and a sniffle.

              Very wise.

There used to be some very dumb/unlucky people about.

              There's fewer of them now.

Not here it doesn't NorPussII has this knack of timing his jump up the steps to the kitchen just as I'm getting to the next steps.

I'm sure Mr N has trained him to do that, must check if he's upped the life insurance or summat.

There was a thing I bookmarked for possible inclusion in Monday Links the other week: Powerful Portraits of Individuals Before and Directly After Their Death - Feature Shoot

No plummeting, they're mainly in hospices

Nope, you just sort of go thud, in a wet crunchy kind of way.

You do if you jump 40, place where I worked in London had someone jump off the building, they had to cordon off quite a considerable area and it took then two weeks to properly clean the pavement, but even that didn't remove the blood splatter.
