I am at that stage, extension paper work still hasn't come through and not really willing it to come!

House is just not going anywhere until I have a buyer for mine but the other person wanting to buy the house is no better off so there is still a chance.

Work is just entertaining. If however there is a lessons learnt meeting at the end of this phase it will be a bloodbath.

Finally, the surveyor has an appointment to value the church - next Tuesday.

So they should get that to the Halifax by the end of next week.

Which give a couple of days to get the money all sorted to complete the following Thursday.

So they should get that to the Halifax by the end of next week.

Which give a couple of days to get the money all sorted to complete the following Thursday.

Currently sorting out a surveyor for the house we like, coupled with that report and the quote for proposed building work our FA will have some interesting negotiations ahead on the house price.
