So I had to drag an enormous 26" crt tv across to my parents' place to replace it.

I tried the "change all the electrolytic capacitors you can see" trick.

It didn't work.

In fact, I suspect it made it worse.

I think the line output transformer is buggered, but not in an entirely good way.

I don't have a linked in pic - and Im sitting at 95% complete until I add a picture.

Decided to put one in and got Mr N to take tit for me as he has all the camera gear.

He took one that I liked as I wasn't looking at the camera( was actually trying to shoo NorPuss II off my feet).
