Re that link post from Andy - corroborates my point that essentially junior people come up with these policies. Not senior. No sir. Senior people just pass on and forward to Ministers. The Minsters just sit there in meeting on their smartphone and, as long as the outcome is in line with Government policy, just agree to it. It wins votes. Trust me, I've seen it first hand, I've been in those meetings. There are no significant thought processes around all these policies. Just vote winning policies.Comment

And so they should. As far as I can see when this goes through both QDOS and IPSE should close their doors, they'll be making no more revenue, you can buy insurance anywhere. Odos's contract reviews were a good thing but that all ends in April.Comment
