Paid whilst on the bench the, just like a consultant .
Training of our choosing just like a perm.
Performance related bonus.
28 Days holiday.
Pension.
Duvet days.

For the other things you need to wait 12 weeks and then hit that employment tribunal and using the appropriate clause in the draft legislation alongside the agencies act to claim employment rights....

Most people who need to handle these things in a consistent matter need some time to think and work through the scenarios and consequences before commenting on things. So I'm not surprised IPSE haven't said anything yet, you really can't expect them to.... Especially as I really can't see much that IPSE can do, especially after those quotes from the chancellor ended up in the public domain...merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
