Paid whilst on the bench the, just like a consultant.
Training of our choosing just like a perm.
Performance related bonus.
28 Days holiday.
Pension.
Duvet days.
Could be a fair bit to claim back.

For the other things you need to wait 12 weeks and then hit that employment tribunal and using the appropriate clause in the draft legislation alongside the agencies act to claim employment rights....
I suspect there will be a lot of such cases as I suspect with the draft legislation as drafted its going to be very hard to wiggle out of it...Last edited by eek; 6 December 2016, 17:59.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Most people who need to handle these things in a consistent matter need some time to think and work through the scenarios and consequences before commenting on things. So I'm not surprised IPSE haven't said anything yet, you really can't expect them to.... Especially as I really can't see much that IPSE can do, especially after those quotes from the chancellor ended up in the public domain...merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

IPSE have to be a little careful how they respond, but to be fair in the past they have told the Government in no uncertain terms they are being stupidly misguided while maintaining a dialogue. definitely one for the experts I thinkBlog? What blog...?Comment
