      Yes, but they only saw the headline figure and were blinded by it, clearly.

      Construction workers will up sticks and move, while IT staff could well do the same or simply go perm to the highest bidder, which won't be the public sector. Or will simply go on the dole and be a burden on the state rather than an asset to it.
