Any action on SHAFTOE LUNSFORD anyone?

I like many of those reported on this website am also in debt to HMRC thru B&C and SS. My partnership was SHAFTOE LUNSFORD. If anyone has any news on action taken up with this partnership could they let me know (Rhines, Plnrmatt?)

Foolishly I have waited to see if the partnership appointed administrator would contact me (supposedly by the end of January) but have heard nothing. I was emailed last in January saying that something would happen and that payments would come thru but I think you all know my story now!

Can anyone tell me the results of the first legal action that was taken? Is the second legal action being taken because the first failed?

I’m also thinking of adjusting my tax return for the past 2 years to show undistributed profits as bad debt (to reduce tax liability). Has this worked for anyone?

Lastly, can I please be given PM access so that people can contact me? Thanks.

P.S. Smilmot can I have a copy of those templates please?

      Sunday Solutions/Bradbury

If anyone has any information regarding action that can be taken against the above, I would be very interested.

I ended up in debt to the taxman to the tune of £28,000 whilst being owed a similar amount by the alleged Ewing Olive partnership in undistributed funds.

I am at my wits end as to know what to do about it. Sunday Solutions appear to have no email addresses that are now valid, Bradbury don't answer emails.

If anyone out there knows what to do, or can offer any help then please get in touch.

          An Icelandic event?!

Just a thought (and excuse me if this has already been said), but does anyone think that the money lost might have been the result of a failed investment in an Icelandic bank?

Can I join the legal action

I am an IT consultant using SS and Bc as managed service. I am now out of pocket by £21k so am keen to join any group who are taking action. My partnership was Peloquin O'Lowry - is there anyone else on the site from this partnership?

            Out of Pocket. mad.

Has it really taken this long

There seem to be a lot of people just joining in on this one.

Although I find it amazing that people are only just realising I would be interested to find out how many people have actually been affected by all of this.

It must total £Millions by now!

Probably north of £15m - from the perspective of the instigators it was certainly a worthwhile exercise.

No more action from the action group!

I tried to join the second wave of legal action against Bradbury & Co, etc and got the following:

"Unfortunately, the second legal action group is not accepting any more new members as no more can be accommodated. If there is scope for change, this will be posted on the forum."

                    Back to square one!

I think there has been quite a few people turned away as you need to draw the line somewhere and progress the action or it will never move. Why not start a 3rd action group with these others as the second one did when the first was full.

Post on the action group board and see how much interest is out there.
