Any Progress?

Hi, I'm in a similiar situation to many of you i.e. Bradbury just won't talk to me and I can't get my tax affairs sorted. I've tried e-mailing the solicitors, who haven't replied. Does anyone know if they are having any success or is this another dead end?

from that email you will need to go through a vetting process to ensure you are actually a victim of this scam and not working for Sunday in an effort to track our progress
once you have been vetted you will be given acces to a forum that will give you more information in how to progress with any action
it will speed up the process if you send in proof of your claim with your initial email eh partnership agreements. Welcome letter and an invoice covering the time you were with Sunday

I did what you suggested and had an initial repsonse from the Yahoo address, provided some identity details and then nothing. Probably about 2 weeks ago. Anyone part of the group who can tell me what else I should do.

I realise there's a lot at stake here for you guys, but if you ever have time could you keep us here updated with how your action is going, only info you're happy divulging into the public domain, I'm interested in your court action for example.

I have taken a great interest in your fight and am certainly rooting for you guys and gals, I hope you all get your money back and certainly any lessons us contractors can take from this will surely benefit the community.

As you say be very careful ... I got it as well so not sure where they got their details from.

They have had 2 name changes this year and one of them involved the word Willow (I'm sure that name rings a bell). They also use the old 0844 cover so as not to tie themselves down to a location. The location is advertised as providing virtual office space and seems like a similar setup to the tramshed as for the rentable small offices.

They're Bristol based and have no history. Anyone got the director reports yet? They may be unrelated to all the others but I for one would be very wary.

Obviously there may be no links between them and Sunday/Bradbury. They may be the best most tax efficient solution in the country but do be careful anyone that considers doing business with them.
