Off the top of my head I think the forecast was for approx 4%, and the actual charges are about 14%.
Bradbury's website states it's simply because the running of partnerships cost more than they expected.

      Increased charges - How?

      Perhaps?

If I quoted to do a job and it cost 4 times as much as my quote I would want evidence to back me up. But then I'm not Bradbury. We need evidence as far as I am concerned.

Exactly, but even just getting a phone call or email answered by them is like getting blood out of a stone.

          On Another bulletin board

A person who used to work for Sunday a k a Bradbury has written the following. It has not been mentioned here but this is a direct quote from one of his postings:
"Apologies - that was dangerously close to implying that I know for certain that the client funds were not ring-fenced. I don't know one way or the other.

However, the fact that significant chunks of money have seemingly been withdrawn from the partnership accounts under the guise of increased fees - without the prior authorisation of the affected partners - does make me doubt this. (This is the point at which it became far too late Ads73)

I would not post the names of people I believe are responsible on a public forum without knowing for certain that they are indeed to blame. It would be irresponsible and potentially libelous of me to do so. "

This is important in the context of the money taken allegedly for expenses, someone saying that that no partners or partnership was allowed or asked to authorise it. However someone in Sunday or Bradbury did move the partners money.

The first I knew about it was when I recieved the partnership page, which took Von Essen to badger Bradbury for it.
Heck I wasn't even informed that I'd been moved to Von Essen or why, I just started getting drawings emails from them rather than Reed Morgan.
Last I heard from Bradbury was that the administrators had been called in, they couldn't say who the administrators were, but they'd contact me directly, and since then I've had no response from phone or emails to them.

              related to sunday??????

Hey I have been contacted by Darwin, not sure if they are connected to Sunday?, as I am not too sure as to how they got my details.

Anyway I checked out their website, how is it possible for an umbrella company to offer 88% return?

Has anyone else here, heard or had any dealings with this company or know if they are in some way connected to Sunday??

                According to HMRC

They think any charges over 7% by umbrellas or serviced companies are unusual but what do they know?

88% after tax and charges sounds well above average . Ask them to prove their model works

Anyone has heard from LLP Administrators?

                  Hi guys,

Just a quick question if anyone got any further than Bradbury firewall recently?

                  Cheers
                  P.

                    Andrew Mcintyre - gone

Nope.. been sending the odd email to info@ but nothing back at all. When I send one to andrew.mcintyre@ it now gets bounced back as if the account has been closed.

He is probably sat in the Maldives by now.

Even though you may have posted a legitimate / fake email address, you may want to disguise the email address if I were you. If it does turn out to be a legitimate email address and they start to receive lots of spam / abuse (and somehow they see your post), it may get tricky.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.
