What on earth is "undistributed profits" anyways ?
I have such "profits" for the years 07/08, 08/09 and 09/10. Should I be claiming those back as well ?

What the Brdabury statements call Undistributed profits are the money at each year that they are supposed to have been keeping under the bed or in the bank to pay your tax. Supposed to have ......paid HMRC or to you too

After further investigation the above named company is the one that my daughter used as an umbrella company for her tax. This company went into liquidation on 2/12/2009.

The Official receiver is as follows

OR Bristol
1st floor Tower Wharf
Cheese Lane
Bristol
BS2 0JJ

The case is being dealt with by Mrs Sarah Curl <mod snip>

I haven't spoken to mrs Curl yet but a credit statement was sent out to all creditors
and not having received one it would appear that my daughter is not on the list of creditors. You may want to give Mrs Curl a call if you used this company.

The problem is that we are not creditors of the company - our money should be held in the various partnerships bank accounts. However, if it is not there, then it has been fraudulently taken. Unfortunately as things stand it is not possible to find out what monies are in these accounts until we get a court order to Barclays for this.

Sunday Wealth Management limited was a dormant company. It does not appear to have traded.
However the Sunday Solutions sales team selling the Partnerships traded as " Sunday Wealth Management" .

Mr Nyiri set up the company apparently. Others used the name .....
Another "chinese" fence to hide things

Hi all,

I have today been to see my MP as a follow-up to writing to him a few weeks ago. Basically from this he writes to the Treasury ... and weight of numbers will help. So if we all writeto/contact our MPs, this can only help !!!

HMRC Fraud query

And, following from the above post, I had a reply in the post (delivered after seeing him) forwarded on to me from my MP from HMRC. I rang them to query the letter and just to say that the HMRC are currently investigating the Sunday group of companies.
Unfortunately confidentiality prevents them from letting me know more ...

Hope this may cheer a few people up.

It worries me that if they are investigating but the accounts have been cleared out we will get bills for extra tax owed and have no help in paying them. There may be accounts with money in but they've not been overly forthcoming in showing any evidence of these.

I'm still reeling from the amount I had to cover from my own pocket last time round.
